End User License Agreement — Assinatura Digital

Application and licensor
These terms apply to Assinatura Digital, identified in the Market as assinafy.assinafy, in the managed service at bitrix24.assinafy.com.br. The licensor is Assinafy Gestão de Documentos LTDA., CNPJ 44.890.439/0001-02, located at Av. Santos Dumont, 1665, Caixa Postal 570, Santa Bárbara, Criciúma/SC, CEP 88804-342, Brazil.
By installing or using the application, you agree to these specific terms and the Assinafy Terms and Conditions of Use, which supplement them. The general terms govern intellectual property, liabilities, suspension, termination and applicable law. Bitrix24's terms continue to apply to your account and use of that service.
License and requirements
Assinafy grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use the application to integrate your Bitrix24 account with an authorized workspace under these terms. The license transfers no ownership of the application or customer documents.
You need active Bitrix24 Cloud and Assinafy accounts, the required CRM permissions, API and application entitlements in Bitrix24, and authorization to process the documents and signers' data. Each user authorizes their workspace. Template and automation access depends on permissions and subscribed plans. Signers use digital certificates in Assinafy.
Sending, automation and costs
The connector is free; Assinafy and Bitrix24 are subject to their respective plans and terms. Signature requests may consume workspace documents and credits according to the Assinafy plan. Current digital-certificate, biometric, notification and extra-document costs are retrieved from Assinafy and shown before confirmation. Biometrics depends on the workspace feature being enabled, the signer's consent and approval of any pending identity reviews in Assinafy.
The responsible person must check the document, completed fields, recipients, signature methods, order, expiry and costs before confirming a manual request. Authorizing an automation preset permits future email requests to deal contacts, without confirming each request, and the corresponding consumption. The administrator must check mappings, fixed text and automation conditions before enabling the preset.
Configured synchronization may write status, links and files to deal fields, record progress in the timeline and trigger other Bitrix24 automation. Use dedicated fields and conditions that prevent these updates from causing new requests. The application does not determine a document's legal validity or automatically change the sales stage. The customer is responsible for the content, recipient authorization and suitability of the signature method for the transaction.
Contract management
Creating or changing terms, renewing and terminating requires an Assinafy plan with contract management and confirmation by an authorized person. When enabled, automatic renewal follows the periods saved in Assinafy and the Brasilia calendar, without confirmation for each new term. Ending tracking stops notices while preserving documents and signatures; the application does not replace termination procedures agreed between the parties.
Availability, support and termination
Operation depends on authorizations and the availability of both services' APIs, accounts and plans. Signing is performed by Assinafy. See the application guide for setup, limits and failure recovery. If a request's outcome is uncertain, inspect the document and its status before repeating the operation.
Application support is provided in Portuguese through the Assinafy contact form, Monday through Friday, 08:00–18:00 Brasilia/Sao Paulo time (America/Sao_Paulo), with an initial response within one business day. Identify the Bitrix24 application and the step where you need help, without sending credentials or document contents.
You can stop using the application by disconnecting the workspace or uninstalling the application. This does not cancel subscribed plans or delete documents in the source services. Processing and removal of integration data are described in the Bitrix24 Application Privacy Policy. Suspension or termination by Assinafy follows the general terms linked above.
These terms cover the Assinafy-managed service. For a customer-hosted connector, the operator must provide its own terms of use, identity, privacy policy and support channels.
